I made a decision almost 8 years ago to join IOTL and it was one of the best career decisions I have made. Throughout my years with IOTL , I have had many opportunities for growth with the support of other employees and mentors. IOTL also provides their employees the empowerment to deliver the most outstanding customer service, which makes happy residents and clients and in turn makes a positive work environment. I look forward to many more years with IOTL .

In my last 7 years with IOTL , I handled multiple small and big projects, both offshore and onsite. With the opportunities and training provided, I was able to manage these confidently and grown myself into knowledgeable and experienced professional. I would say working environment is very conducive for process transformative ideas. I specially like employee welfare initiatives like Course Reimbursement Scheme, Employee Insurance, and Team Building activities.

As a Mom to a toddler, I am very proud to work in IOTL , because I think as a parent it takes a lot to leave the house in morning and go to a job, but my work has a meaning here. IOTL provides a very good work-life balance. I have been associated with IOTL for more than three years now and the learning experience during this period has been awesome and it continues to excel with growth.
